Daniel Defense 16" .625" CHF barrel marked “DD F MP 5.56 NATO 1/7”
approximately 500 rounds or less shot through this barrel. Bore is clean. Barrel accuracy was outstanding with .223 and 5.56 factory ammo.
when building my rifle, I sent this barrel to ar15barrels.com to taper pin a new Fulton Armory “F” marked sight base and pin/dimple a new BCM .625" low profile gas block.
I did paint this barrel with Aervoe spray however have removed the paint with acetone using the slow cotton ball method.

forgot to add….I did file and sand the rough edge on the front side of the FSB making it smooth. I painted the FSB with Brownells Alum-Hyde Park Gray.
