I have a lightly used Daniel Defense 12.0 Lite Rail for Armalite AR10. (If you want to install this on a DPMS or KAC threaded upper, you would need to buy a new barrel nut from DD or Brownells. Only the AR10 nut is included)
Has been used for about 200 rounds and is still in great shape.
