This is a complete upper which includes a bolt carrier group and charging handle. This version of the upper is EXTREMELY difficult to find and sold out everywhere.
I have never fired this upper and was building a pistol set up but changed my mind last minute. This is completely brand new! It is a complete piston driven upper receivers from Adams Arms. Adams Arms is known for some of the best piston systems today. It will include the Troy HK style front sight post ($53 value). Total Package is worth $930. See from Rainier (link).
