SOC-C™ Modular Padded Belt

The first of our SOC-C Modular Padded Belts came out of production yesterday (Coyote Brown at first; Multicam and ACU should be ready right before or right after Christmas). It is on our website now or it can be ordered through any of our dealers like G & R Tactical. Our belt is a little more expensive than some, but comes with a list of features unmatched in the industry. Some of the key features are:

-Continuous Velcro flap design with drop leg tabs allow for sub-loads
-Accepts optional soft armor panels (available separately)
-User replaceable closed-cell padding
-Works with your riggers/duty belt
-Adjust to fit waist sizes from 30” to +44”
-1" suspender loops accept our SOC-C™ Suspenders
-Flash/Flame resistant inner mesh material

That looks really interesting. Looking forward to seeing some detailed reviews

Very nice, I can think of a couple solid applications for that.

Very nice looking piece of kit I know a lot of thought went into this. Glad I haven’t bought a war belt setup yet as I have been wanting to try one out and for sure when I have the cash flow I am going to pick one of these up to build off of.

Multicam in stock and ready to ship!

Nice,
Stephen any idea on when the armor packages will be ready?
TIA,
Buck

It’s going to be several weeks on the armor package. You wouldn’t believe the mountain of legal BS we have to get through to make these happen. They are being made by the best company in the business though.

Stephen

Roger that,
thanks for the word.

Stephen,

Are you guys going to introduce a riggers belt in the future to match the belt?

If not, do you recommend a particular brand?

Also, when are the SOC-C suspenders coming out?

Thanks.

We’re going to have a inner belt with dual adjust side release buckle in the very near future (hopefully by the end of the month). We are also planning on doing a life support rated rigger’s style belt (about 3000lbs static load) in the near future as well, but it is still on the drawing board.

The SOC-C Modular Belt will work best with a belt that has a Loop velcro liner. The Eagle Industries duty belt would be a good choice, but I believe ATS and Tac Tailor make something similar.

We’ve got them in stock in Coyote Brown now. You can call in and order them and they should be on the website early next week. Multicam and ACU should follow very shortly. I believe the suspenders are about $20 dollars. They are the nicest suspenders available on the market. They have a very thin layer of flash/flame resistant mesh that also offers a bit of padding, but doesn’t interfere with the wearing of armor. There is a shock cord “yoke” in the back that allows for movement like climbing and bending over without the belt hiking up on you.

Stephen

Stephen,

Thanks for the reply. The suspenders sound like another home run for BFG!

I will have to place an order on Monday

Man,

These look nice!

Any new news on the armor package? Does it take a 6x6 plate in the back?

Fing Mers

Any pics of the suspenders yet?

I have a few Coyote and Multicam ones in stock and the suspenders too.

They are nice. Trying to figure one out now  Very well made.

Someday I’ll be a proud owner of these ! Can’t wait.

I saw them at SHOT and they look like a great piece of Kit.

We’re going to shoot some video on Monday detailing how to adjust the size and install/remove the inner belt. I should have it available late next week.

Newbie question… what color is ACU?

Technically it is UCP or Universal Camoflage Pattern; the Army’s new digital pattern. It is usually refered to as ACU which is actually the uniform on which the pattern is printed.

The sling on top is in “ACU”.

Thanks! In the Navy we just wore boring old BDUs and turtle necks on the flight deck :stuck_out_tongue:

Stephen,
Any updates on the inner belts?
