Found some Ciero forged flat top 9mm upper receivers and installed it on a Colt 6450. We also installed a taller front sight post so that you can now zero the gun with any rear sight. 
We have a couple done up if anyone is interested.

Do these have the feedramps (IIRC, it was mentioned the new 6450s from Colt are better for HP feeding).
How much are these uppers?
The feedramp in the 9mm AR is part of the mag block, not in the upper like a 5.56.
Yes they do have the ramped bolt.
Because their upper receivers are a PITA to find, we are only selling them as either a complete upper (with BCG, CH) or as a complete weapon (as shown above).

Tagged! I’m anxiously waiting on the 6450 with removable carry handle. Would be nice if Colt would make a 10.5" SBR version in semi-auto but I guess I could just SBR it after the fact.
