With so many pant threads and companies out there making some of the most bomb proof britches on the globe I find myself looking for a BDU style shirt in ATACS or Kryptek.
So found a good deal on a Propper ACU 65/35 Rip Stop coat in A-TACs FG from OP Tactical, should be here in a week or two.
Anyone have any issue with Propper clothing before?
No problem with Popper but I have a problem with 65/35, there are reasons the military specs 50/50 NYCO.
My experience with Propper has been positive. It’s been no better/worse than issue clothing.
That is not to say you are going to find a $35 pair of Propper pants to be the equal of $200+ crye pants.
I am saying that you’ll find the value out of them for the price you pay.
From what I’ve seen the 50/50 NYCO are NIR compliant while the poly blends aren’t.
I have a Vertx Gunfighter Shirt. I don’t care for the loop Velcro patches on the upper arms, but other than that, I enjoy it. I do really like the Velcro at the wrists and the zip up front. It is 50/50 NYCO and super comfortable. I did get it a while ago using one of the crazy discount codes they use to put out.
