I don’t know any more than anyone on the forum, but I’m a thinking, if true, that may have been part of a plea deal and a factor in him copping a plea.
There is a lot going on that we don’t know. The information I have, which was given in private, is stuff I obviously will not share, but the entire thing still smells like crap to me.
Yeah…sure. He’ll have to sell what he is allowed to “keep”… as he’s no longer allowed to possess them. Keep just means they weren’t seized… OR… they’re due to be transferred, legally, to another party or even a trust. He. Cannot. Have. Them.
Agreed. Good that you are keeping the private stuff private. I almost didn’t post what I wrote as it is 100% speculation, the moderators can delete it if they see fit.
The other lesson for everyone here is that we are all targets of this rogue administration, so act accordingly and maintain SOP.

So… yet another thread on this topic? are any of the others still unlocked or is this to be the new “end all be all” thread about LAV & how screwed he is - Because that seems to be the gist of what all these threads are really about.
The whole thing simply sucks on multiple levels…

Many of us have trained with LAV, some of us probably know him a little more than just the time spent in the classes or bumping into him at SHOT show, etc. Like one or two posted, they have more info that they could/should share. Like our other moderator posted, LAV is a friend, maybe mentor to some, he’s a firearms historian, expert on the tactical use, a war hero, a husband and a father to his children. 90% of what’s discussed here are heresy, gossips, guesses.
What would you think if you get on a chat site like this one and see multiple pages of untruths written by people that don’t know you? If it were me, I wouldn’t like it at all, I’d be so mad I want to jump through the internet and do some unthinkable. So let the man be.
