Somewhat odd to me that he was charged in a Federal Court as opposed to a state charge. Guess the notoriety of the VT shooting is getting this guy a federal ride down the chute.

He stated it in the chat logs that have been posted. He posted over on Arizonashooting as well. Guy was trying to buy stuff on a lot of forums.
