The more I reflect on it, the more I would not be upset if the 9-11 terrorist hit the us or illinois legislatures rather than the trade towers. I wouldn’t want to see our capital building ruined. I just don’t care about them any more. I think politicians are not real Americans. The older I get, the more I despise the government. How times have changed. I used to love my country. Now I feel like a spouse betrayed. These bastards have fucked us over constantly for the past 50 years. The only ones I have ever really trusted are Newt Gingritch and Ronald Reagan, and a small, small number of others. The rest are all worthless.

I think it’s great that she wants to make sure our troops get what they need, yet is a member of a group who seeks to remove funding for the military so we have to quit Iraq and Afghanistan.
I think it smells way too much like a springboard for “national health care” and nothing more… granted, the cause is noble, but I sustpect that is the end of the nobility.
This is just a back channel way to sap public support away from OIF. If they can convince the American public that we are spending so much money on a lost cause that it takes away from medical care for the wounded, they believe they can get the American public to support a hasty withdraw.
It also helps them make their “point” that the Administration and Army leadership is lacking. If the public starts to believe that the Army doesn’t know what it’s doing and the Congress does then support for a hasty withdraw will grow.

Anyway we can get some Tangos to blow themselves up at the next DNC Convention. We’d get a “two-fer.” 1) It would wake Americans back up that we are at war. 2) We would get rid of alot of un-Patriotic Americans.
