It would be a major change in how they implement and carry out sentences. Of course, I was in a branch that was not noted for leniency. We picked up a kid in my platoon that got sent to the brig for 90 days, and walked out 23 months later. He had a mouth, and they cured him of it. But it took a while.

(Actually, I do believe that there are times that boob jobs are completely acceptable, at tax-payer expense, for female service members. Primarily in situations such as after a mastectomy or double mastectomy is performed.)
Actually they should do a promotion of that, kinda like the GI Bill thing. Only instead of getting college paid for, the Army spots you some DD cups if you give four years.

What I see is a certain boyish charm but no muscle. The government is out of control for several reasons. My views on LGBT rights are not popular around here. However this is one case where I could care less. Actually no that isn’t true. This pisses me off even more so because I think Manning is using the issue to garner sympathy.
