I just picked up a noveske n4 recce basic upper. Was planning to leave it alone for a while but magically a larue 9" rail showed up in the mail. I am looking for a armorer/gunsmith to do the install. Preferably one with a short wait time/fast turn around. Thank for any and all advice.
