Just picked up 2 boxes of CCI #400 primers at Cabelas. They had about 10 boxes left. They have quite a few magnum powders left, along with some H380, hybrid 1000, Clays, and a pound of Tite Group. Was able to pickup 4 bags of 100 30 cal 147gr FMJ for 300blk plinking. If anyone is around there and can check in daily, they seem to restock every night. .224 and 9mm bullets are empty every time though. I love working a half mile away from Cabelas, though my wallet hates it!
I quit trying to find anything at cabelas. I might wander back there in a few weeks. I have a damned gift card and nothing to buy with it. ![]()
This Cabela’s just opened up a week ago. I wonder if they have a large quantity in back and keep restocking a little bit every night. That way they can keep the hope and business up…lol
It’s absolutely insane how busy that store is every time I drive by or go in. You always have to drive around to find a parking spot. And the lot isn’t small.
I was talking to an employee there. They had a special members type of day before opening shopping pre-event. He said they had two pallets of 22lr. It all sold out that day. Before it even opened to the general public.
I really wish this would all calm down.
Just drive to northern california, they have everything you need.
For whatever reason, Pappabear was able to get a bunch of rimfire on his last Cali trip.
Well Cabelas in Glendale had CFE223 powder. Limit 2 per customer.
Not bad to get a couple of pounds of practice ammo powder.
Just went back to cabelas. They were stocking CCI small pistol and rifle primers. Also had Remington large pistol and magnum rifle primers. Had Federal large pistol primers. Had jack squat for powder, pistol bullets, and .224 bullets.
Local gun store also got a shipment of primers yesterday. Limit two boxes per customer per day. Hopefully there’s still some left after work. I picked up 1k each of small rifle and small pistol. Now to crank up the press!
I hope the Stinky Harry Reid decision will help calm the sheep.
I’m hoping things might settle down in the next few months. Ive got enough components to last me through the summer.
I’m more worried about state level laws now. Bloomberg just keeps funneling millions of dollars into other states to try and pass these sh!tty laws. If you’re in Ohio, make sure you write your congressmen to support Senate Bill 36.
