Does anyone know if there is a way to retrofit a SLS 6287 into a ALS? I’ve been using the SLS and really like it, but have just been told shown the “slap” method of disarming and I’m less then impressed with how the holster holds up to it. Any help would be appreciated.
Buy a 6360. You can’t add an ALS into your holster.
Yea, no adding it to the holster. The ALS mechanism needs to be molded in, not retrofitted. You can ID an ALS holster by looking at the outside contours, as it will be molded around the hinged mechanism.
You can add a Sentry to your SLS for a few bucks, but the draw on that sucks compared to the 6360 type ALS/SLS combo.
