Went shooting this weekend and put another 300 or so rounds thru my 106FR. No problems what so ever. Some UMC 223 but mostly Monarch ammo.
What kind of mags are you using? Arsenal clear? Just curious.
Gen 2 black mags.
How does the 106 do with steel cased ammo like Wolf? I understand this tends to be a no-no in AR’s, but how about the Arsenal AK?
AK’s were designed around steel cased ammo.
No issues at all.
Have probably shot 80-85% steel cased foreign stuff thru her without any problems. The rest being various brass cassed stuff I had with me.
No problems at all with steel in this weapon.
