Its just like seasoning a frying pan, the more you use it, the less anything will stick!

SLiP2000™ Lubricant was designed and formulated with multiple uses and extreme high performance requirements and conditions in mind. SLiP2000™ Lubricant will out perform all other Lubricants in its class in sever weather conditions, high humidity, rain, sleet, and snow working from -130 deg. F to + 1250 deg F

Approved by Aberdeen Proving Grounds
SLiP2000™ Lubricant has passed and been approved for use in dusty environments (Iraq) on the M16 and smaller weapons by Aberdeen Proving Grounds. Additional testing still ongoing.

Exceeds current MIL-SPEC-63460D
SLiP2000™ Lubricant has had to go through many testing stages. One of the product guide lines that was followed was MIL SPEC 63460D for the US government. SLiP2000™ Lubricant has passed all test requirements set forth for this spec and infact has exceded many requirements.

Cleans
SLiP2000™ Lubricant and its unique formulation penetrates powder residue, carbon, copper, lead and plastic wad fouling. It will break the contaminants free and flush away trapped dirt, grit and grime. SLiP2000™ Lubricant will cut through built up carbon, copper and lead. What s left behind is a barrier that has bonded with the metal that will continue to lubricate and protect against corrosion. This film does not attract dust and it will also keep new firing residue from sticking again. After your first complete cleaning with SLiP2000™ Lubricant you will see an amazing difference in the time and ease with which your next cleaning will take place.

Shotgun Users
Apply our SLiP2000™ Lubricant to all moving parts. Ejectors, chambers, actions, firing pins, bolts, hinge pins, receiver etc. Be sure to apply a coat in the barrels also using proper techniques. After you have used SLiP2000™ Lubricant to clean and lubricate all moving parts including the chokes in a shotgun, burned on carbon and plastic wad fouling is removed very easily with your normal cleaning.

Automatic and Semi-automatic weapons such as the M16 - AR15
Apply our SLiP2000™ Lubricant to all moving parts. Ejectors, chambers, actions, firing pins, bolt, magazine, receiver etc. Be sure to apply a coat in the barrels also using proper techniques. The same thing is true with revolver cylinders. Apply SLiP2000™ Lubricant to the face of the cylinder and a light coat in the chamber. After you have shot a few hundred rounds, just take a little SLiP2000™ Lubricant on a rag and wipe the carbon away. It is that simple. No more digging / scraping or fighting with special tools and expensive toxic cleaners! SLiP2000™ Lubricant makes clean up a breeze.

Lubricates
SLiP2000™ Lubricant and its unique formulation penetrate into the smallest, tightest areas that oils do not go. This allows it to replenish the lubricant that has been lost during operation and provides a long lasting protective coating that reduces friction to a minimum and almost stops metal to metal wear. SLiP2000™ Lubricant forms a barrier that will then protect all parts and will allow them to work smoother and last longer.

Protects
SLiP2000™ Lubricant and its unique formulation provide a long lasting barrier on all metal parts and does not attract dirt or other abrasive contaminants. Displaces moisture and prevents rusting. Proprietary formulation was developed to Clean / Lubricate / Protect and out last any other product on the market today! We have done this without adding any oils, petroleum distillates or harmful PTFE type ingredients. SLiP2000™ Lubricant was developed with our health, safety and the environment in mind.

Description of Cleaner
725 CLEANER / DEGREASER should truly be called “Super Degreaser” judging from the way it out-performs competitive products. This cleaner will cut through the toughest cosmoline, carbon, grease and grime! Its super strength allows it to degum and degunk the dirtiest of gun parts when sprayed on or used in parts washers or solvent tanks!

Inhibited to help protect sensitive metals, 725 CLEANER / DEGREASER has been thoroughly tested in the field and shops. Everywhere, it has come through with flying colors! Hands-on Gunsmiths and Armors praise how quickly it dissolves in warm water, how well it works in both hard and soft water, how freely it rinses to leave parts bare-metal bright, how long it lasts for savings in product upkeep and disposal cost reduction.

Applications
725 CLEANER / DEGREASER In just a few minutes, this material will strip tenacious carbon stains and simultaneously, crack open and crumble heavily encrusted deposits of carbon, grease, grime, gum and gunk on aluminum, magnesium, stainless steel and other metal gun parts. Included are trigger assemblies, bolts, actions, slide rails, gas pistons and all other components. Works exceptionally well on M1 - M16 - AR15 - 9 mm - 40 caliber weapons, Black Power breach plugs and all other fully automatic weapons.

Other Applications
725 CLEANER / DEGREASER can be used in or with parts washers, ultrasonic cleaning systems and foaming brushes, portable foamers, diesel foamers, air operated foamers and many other foam generating cleaning dispensers.

Features & Benefits

· Water based avoids environmental and health safety issues

· Non-Caustic helps eliminate caustic burns and fumes

· Non-petroleum helps eliminates fire hazard and disposal problems

Product Characteristics
725 CLEANER / DEGREASER is a biodegradable, non-solvent solution non-flammable water based product. This product contains quality surfactants, wetting agents, emulsifiers, cleaners and rust inhibitors. Rinses freely and is compatible with most oil water separators.

To help prevent rusting, users must apply SLiP2000™ Lubricant immediately after cleaning to disperse any moisture in parts.

Simple to use
Hang dirty parts with hangers provided in jar. Allow parts to soak in solution 2 to 15 minutes. Remove parts from solution and wipe or rinse off carbon fouling. It’s that easy. Depending on the frequency of cleaning or type of ammo used a second soaking may be required.

For larger parts that will not fit into jar, soak a nylon brush or rag in Carbon Killer, apply to area that needs to be cleaned and allow product to set for 2 to 5 minutes. When ready to clean, saturate brush or rag with Carbon Killer again and wipe or brush away carbon. Parts may also be rinsed clean under hot water.

After cleaning, always re-apply SLiP2000™ Lubricant to metal surfaces and allow to penetrate pores of metal. SLiP2000™ will form a barrier and help keep carbon, lead and plastic from sticking. Your next cleaning will take half the time.

Other uses
Shotguns - Pistols - Revolvers - Black powder guns - Automatic weapons - Silencers - Flash Suppressers - Compensators

May be used in chambers and barrels as a bore cleaner. Apply to cylinder faces, bolt faces and any other hard to clean areas and allow to soak for 2 to 10 minutes. Carbon, lead, copper, plastic and burnt powder will wipe clean with a nylon brush. Next cleaning will be much easier with SLIP 2000™ Lubricant/Cleaner. Users will actually be able to wipe carbon and plastic wad fouling away.

For best results, on parts that are not cleaned on regular bases, completely submerse parts to be cleaned and allow to soak for 5 to 15 minutes. Remove parts and wipe, brush or rinse clean.

Paul, I have been using this on my range blaster, she get’s pretty hot and dirty, runs great with it. I taught two classes back to back, ran, dirt, etc. no cleaning, no burps.

I haven’t used the cleaners though, I understand theywork great though.

Mark

Finally, someone I know is selling this stuff!

I use the Lube (along with MDL XF7), Carbon Cutter, and cleaner on my guns exclusively. No more unsightly chemical burns for me

Souds like a good product. I might try some.

Any other reviews from members? Good or bad.

Has anyone used there parts washers? I was wondering about one of those looks like it might make cleaning a snap.

Never used it in a parts washer, but I have a AAR to follow.

Sorry, I should have posted this breif AAR sooner, but I have been slammed here.

I used SLiP2000 in prepping for a EAG class I took last month. I cleaned all internal metal parts in Carbon Killer. It works very well. I would estimate it reduced the amount of carbon that needed to be scraped off by 90%. And then just a nylon brush to wipe it as clean as new.
(as a note: Cabon Killer is not toxic to your skin. But if you soak metal parts in Carbon Killer, but sure to get some lube on them asap. That stuff is going to pull all the oil out of the pours in the metal.)

At the end of day 1 (approx 500 rounds), I removed the bolt carrier to notice it was still very wet with lube. CLP would have normally baked off by the end of the day. Also, the carbon was not hard baked onto the bolt like it ususally would be. So I just added some more SLip2000 Gun Lube, threw it back togather for day 2.

At the end of day 2 (another 500 rounds) it was much the same. But this time I descided to give it a small cleaning just to try the stuff out. I used the 725 cleaner on the bolt group. Sprayed it on, and wiped all the carbon right off. Again the carbon was not baked on like it usually would be. I would guess the Gun Lube reduced that by approx 80%. I did a quick sloppy cleaning job, then squirted some more lube on and threw it togather for day 3.

At the end of day 3, it was much the same as day 1.

In summary, with these products there will be much less time spent cleaning and it will have to be done much less often.

We use this pretty much all of these products here and stand by them 120%. This is the no shit, good to go stuff !

Pat Rogers lent me his SLIP 2000 two years ago during a Boone County class to clean our three carbines. Fast. Easy. Non-toxic. Upon returning home, I sold all my pints of CLP, cans of GI bore cleaner and GI oil (from Camp Perry, circa '64-'65) to the local gun shop and bought all three products described herein.

Fast forward to last month’s carbine class. We decided to test the “cleaning” regimen Pat posted in the technical section. Like Paul, we came with carbines prepped with SLIP 2000. At lunch break, we put SLIP 2000 in the to gas ports on the side of the bolt carrier. Same thing at the end of the day. Contrary to what the nice men in green utilities taught me long ago, we didn’t clean them that night and the world did not end.

On TD 2, we added lube again in the morning, at lunch, mid afternoon (we had ramped up rounds down range and it was about 95F) and at the end of the day. Guilt overcame me and we cleaned the chambers that night, just in case.

On TD 3,we lubed morning, noon and upon departure. Over 1200 rounds in each of three [ETA: Colt] carbines with the only malfunctions due to previously working magazines that stopped working. Cleaned them thoroughly the next afternoon with 725 and relubed with SLP 2000. Pat’s cleaning regimen may just work.

Gee Paul, nice to know i do something correctly

I have been using the SLIP for about 4 years now, and i am completely satisfied with it.
I use nothing else (except to squirt some Vagisil on dry students guns) and there is nothing negative that i have seen or observed.
As some of you know, i don’t spend a lot of time cleaning, and my averager cleaning time is right around 5 minutes.
It doesn’t take long to clean if done right, and you use the right tools.
Slip is the right tool…

Paul- i need your hard address for certs. E mail it asap please

edited . . . sorry wrong post.

Wilco, Pat. E mail sent to info@eagtactical.com.

Paul- that goes to my virtual secretary who does my admin.
She is in AZ and i’m not.
Resend to my e mail please.

I’ve been using it for a cleaner for about a year and a half. I sometimes use the lube but mostly lube using Militec-1. I usually soak my entire bolt and carrier in the Carbon Cutter for a few hours the carbon will wipe right off the back of the bolt. The 752 seems to remove a little of the copper as well from the bore, it leaves a green/blue residue on the FS’r.

Going to try out the weapon lubricant, been looking for something better than clp.
