Ordered three items from SKD on Monday 3/19, they arrived on Wednesday 3/21. Exactly as ordered, a very satisfied customer.
yes very fast on shipping but to return whole other story im still waiting for a email so i can send back a item its been almost a week
So I Return a item told them I wanted a gift card so I can buy something later on… 4 days later I try to redeem the gift card its telling me that its been used already when i never used it ! This company is starting to piss me off with there returns and how they handle things! All I can do is e-mail and be like what the @%#%!!! If they dont settle this within a few days im going to call my bank!
They’re one of my go-to vendors. I’ve had no problems and great communication from skd when returning/exchanging items. Dwayne was great and kept me 100% informed. They also have excellent deals a few times a year, and that’s the only way I know to buy LaRue kit at a discounted price.
Ordered 5 items on 7/4, all arrived as ordered on 7/8. Still a satisfied customer who got 10% off on the Forth of July weekend.
They consistently have almost immediate shipping. Top notch place. My only complaint is that, for me, their website is the slowest-loading vendor website I use.

I’ve practically ordered all of my gear from SKD. The service is great, the shipping is fast, and the products always arrive in perfect condition. Best consistency of any retailer I’ve dealt with before.
I only wish they’d sell more products from more manufacturers because I occasionally have to order items that aren’t sold by them, yet.
