Oh, and I too use a Mac (iMac and Powerbook) with safari as the browser.
It won’t load on my Android phone, but works fine on the iPad and wife’s iPhone.
Which sucks since my phone is my main Internet access.
Still having issues and I have tried 2 other Mac laptops. Went to the apple store the other day and tried to get on and nothing. Trying to answer IM’s and leave feedback for people is a 45 min ordeal.
Please guys can we figure this out.
Typing this from mother in laws Dell.
Can’t someone figure this out, please.:suicide:
Just to add my experience:
The site’s formatting was screwed up this morning. Images and fonts wouldn’t load, so it looked like 1997 all over again.
I’ve been having bad luck on my phone as well. I have a Droid Thunderbolt on Verizon (if that matters) and most of the time, the site will begin to load, but never finish. I can click on exactly ONE link before this happens. The home and forum pages load fine, but that’s as far as I ever get.
I’ve been experiencing consistently long load times on the computer as well. I tried in several different states on different machines, all with the same result.
I don’t know if this helps at all, but that’s what’s happening.
i have this same issue. sometimes i can get more than one link clicked if i go quickly or i guess if the site wants to play nice.
it’s only from the phone that it does this, i can be right next to my computer, both using the same wifi connection and the computer will browse perfectly and the phone will not.
i’m also using the htc thunderbolt on verizon.
I’ve been having the same problems using a Macbook with Safari. Its definitely put a cramp in things. Just posting this is going to take 10 minutes.
Using a Lenovo G560 with Win 7-64bit edition and Firefox…
If I can get the site to load the view looks like it is set on the “no style” setting in firefox. Most of the time it displays the “Data Base Error” page. Then sometimes the colors are “harsh”… the font is neon dark blue and a dark brown back ground.
Refreshing the page takes multiple try’s to get it to come up right but does work sometimes.
can anyone in the know confirm that the site problems had to do with the hack attack that occurred?
Safari or Firefox are both problematic for me.
I’ve emailed the site a couple of times over the last few months and gotten no reply. Can’t believe they won’t even communicate with us on this issue.
I’m a no-one here, but I will share something that I noticed.
The staff here doesn’t like to discuss technical matters. The site might have been under some sort of attack, might still be, they won’t acknowledge.
This is part of information warfare. I am sure most of you grasp that.
I am not saying that something of that sort is happening right now.
For all I can tell, it is not.
What I am seeing might be ascribed to normal internet congestion.
Some other stuff that might be causing service disruption could be at you place, at your ISP, workplace or someplace else in the vast infrastructure that powers the internet.
There are several measures that IT staff all around emply to contain traffic that is not work related. One of the is just constrain the bandwidth allocated to some sites.
This site, with its widely graphic content, might be targeted by some corporate IT staff.
Where I work, everything social, plus video and audio streaming sites are totally blocked. Even webmail was supposed to be blocked.
Very interesting point…I hope the site gets back to what it used to be!

It’s doing this randomly for me as well. XP Service Pack 3 user - desktop.
DAMN!!!..those.hackers.really.did.a.job.on.this.place!!!
Im.getting.that.weird.page.coloring.as.well…
Well I use Macbook pro and this is the only site for me with this problem. A lot of times I would use the link from email, or go to home site, and then go watch tv till commercials, and some times the site would , sometimes not. Then comes this weird format, close, try several more times then it loads right. Then a few minutes later, strange load again. It seems like all diff machines, ops, and isp providers, but the one common thing here is our site.
We don’t know how much we rely on M4carbine.net, till it goes down, then we just don’t know what to do.
Damn, we turn into “Lost Sheople”. I hate it when that happens.
Loading slow for me. Randomly the pages load with no graphics. Running Firefox with windows 7 machine and FIOS 40 down/25 up.
Me too. Windows 7 on a laptop. But it seems to be working right at this moment
I think it is some kind of internet congestion.
Having the same issue this morning. I normally use Chrome…would not load properly in Firefox either. I am using IE right now.
