Silenced shoot in Commerce Georgia

I just want to say I had a good time at this shoot, I got to see alot of weapon varieties and cans in action. I also want to give a giant thanks to Trey Knight, I didnt win a drawling for a KAC RAS so I offered to buy it from the winner he declined, Trey heard about this and was extremely generous and I have already ordered more KAC gear. Thanks again Mr. Knight. To the SureFire guys thanks for letting me hide under your tent and shoot your weapons, I wish I had got there in time for a hat but thanks for passing them out. Advanced Armament put the shoot on and had some fine equipment out there as well, m249 with a can very nice. I had a great time and look foward to the next if they have another. Advanced Armament you guys did a great job very well put together.

I agree. I think everyone who attended enjoyed it. Hey, we even got the fire dept to come out and give us a show.

For those of you who missed it, AAC gave away a couple of silencers, along with a couple of other companies. Other door prizes were t-shirts, ammo, magazines, a lower (not sure of the brand), and other stuff. To shoot, you had to have a silencer of some kind. I ended up shooting the Surefire stuff, some stuff from AAC, and a fully auto M-16, MP-5, UZI, and MAC something. All were supressed.

I’ll definately be there again next year. Thanks to everyone who put in all the hard work to set up the shoot.

I’m very jealous - Allen at Polite Society told me about the shoot last week, and I wish I could have gone. How about some pics for the rest of us unlucky folks?

I’d be happy to post pictures if I had them, but unfortunately I forgot to take my camera. Go to www.silencertests.com, register, and log in. They have quite a few pictures there, along with a video thread. LOTS of AR’s there of various types, along with some other fun stuff, like an M2 50 cal, M249 SAW, uzi’s, mp5’s, etc. I think I’m going to have to purchase a silencer for my AR.
