Can’t seem to find that spec anywhere, but I have a hunch it’s 6 inches. It was mirroring the AAC Badger design concept and in my opinion surpassed it. I just learned this and thought some of you may find it funny: the reason it’s been dubbed the “Black Mamba” is because the test shooters say it’s killed the Honey Badger.
Kevin Brittingham called it the Black Mamba in a TTAG blog post before it was ever announced he was going to Sig. None of us called it the Black Mamba, although my buddy’s sweatshirts seem to show they’ve adopted that moniker recently.
The suppressed 300BLKs that was all over the net after the internet writers event were 6" guns.
Are you inferring that those are not the planned production models?
What kind of operating system does it use?
Undisclosed short-stroke piston.
I’m not sure what the planned production models will be but I’m fairly certain Sig will be selling a multitude of options. The most recent info is from the internet media get-together a month or so ago.
