Ok what can one expect from a Sig Alloy frame for round count. 20K is what I generally hear but some claim far more than that. What say you all?

If you lube them with grease like you are supposed to they average 40-60k
A lot will depend on which caliber Sig you are talking about.
member surf got 100k plus from their .40 s&w.
I’ve worked on West German Sigs that have over 60k rounds through them at FLETC. The old frames are more durable than the newer frames, so I’d expect less of a service life out of new alloy frames.
