Hey all
I have a Sig 1911 Tac Ops Ful size and ive started to modify it to my wants. question is i cant get the ambi safety to come apart to access the hammer, sear, trigger ect. Any Ideas? and ive notices that the sig doesnt fallow the origional or “mil Spec” design. i want a wilson combat ambi and a better trigger pull. will standard parts fit and work?
The left side comes off like any other, but the right side comes off by bringing it all the way up and off of the hammer pin.
The left side can be a bear to get to come off. But once you get that it’s easy for the other side.
And yes all of Wilson’s parts will work. The sig is just like a colt series 80. Hope that helps
