I’m curious if anyone using a Saker or Saker K is using the flash hider style front cap on their can. Interested in your experiences and/or reasons for using or not using it.
I have one on my Saker 556 that’s dedicated to a 10.5" 5.56. Not really sure why I bought it. Thought I wanted a 5.56 end cap on my Saker 762, and figured I’d go ahead and buy the flash hider version. Then decided the 10.5" probably would flash more than the 12" (that has the 762 mounted to it), so I put the flat 556 on the 762 and the flash hider version on the 556.
I’ve never shot it at night, or back-to-back with a flat cap, so I’m probably not much help.
