I have an automatic knife I’m interested in selling on equipment exchange but I’m worried about any liability due to state laws. Looks like California is pretty much off limits. It seems they can’t be transported or shipped across state lines with the exception of military servicemen buyers.
Any info you can share is appreciated.
you can sell Auto blades as" COLLECTION "pieces ,this Is what I have run across when buying on the net. But I would post “Know your state Laws before Purchasing” In your sells ad.
you can also ask a proof of Age to make sure the person purchasing is 18-up ! I have mailed a few out to be fixed and sold a few with no problems .
Just look at the No go states On switchblades .you could find the laws with Google MMmwhat you got ???
I have a Gerber Emerson design auto folder mint condition.
