I’m not really sure. In the adds they are using the pictures of the correct items being advertised however I have a feeling that you would wind up with a Fakepoint or some cheap knock-off.

Read the “ACOG” specs:
Optical magnification: 1X Red-Dot
5 brightness settings
Use with both eyes open to see a red cross on your target
It’s obvious what the “ACOG” is. If someone wants to believe the “Aimpoint” isn’t the same garbage, that’s on them.
The ACOG is clearly a knockoff. There is no 3D barcode on the side. It should also have a Trijicon S/N as well as Registered trademarks and a warning.
Then there’s the website. It’s awfully slow like it’s in another country. Looked it up and it is!

I can ASSURE you that the ACOG is a fake. I know what they cost to make, that isn’t even remotely close.
There are pages upon pages of these Chinese fakes on eBay as well. Piracy and fraudulent products is big business over there in Asia. It’s not a crime there to dupe other manufacturers, and the practice is mainstream.
I remember seeing a post on another forum where someone took one of the fake Aimpoints apart. The internal electronics were literally held together with tape.

And at a recent Gun Show in Nashville I found a table where a guy was selling fake Aimpoints for $300.00.
I checked one out…, then looked him right in the eye and just shook my head - No!

dont buy a pos , save and buy what you want , im sold on trijicons ACOG for the longer ranges and EOTECHs for the shorter ,
hope ive not offended a suporter , im the FNG , i just beleive in those two as ive used them , ive bought others my son likes very well and im not so old that i dont realise there are new units being developed every day , so , while not closed minded im standing by whats performed for me so far
