This receiver is the Seekins Forged Upper (held to much higher tolerance than Milspec for an amazing fit as expected from Seekins). Upper has been mounted but never fired. Only reason I am selling is that I switched to a side charging upper. Receiver has forward assist and dust cover already installed from Seekins. I paid $123, asking $69+free shipping.
