DPMS has a flat top upper that is higher than normal; I think its an inch higher. I’d like to put a BUIS on it.

I believe the Samson Quick Flip is designed to be used on a rail.

What I need is a sight that is an inch taller than standard. And to mount on an HBAR. And for a reasonable price 
that Samson stuff is outrageous.
