I purchased a Colt OEM 2 rifle and installed a SOLGW EXO3 rail on it. In my haste, I forgot to season the threads. The upper already had aeroshell on it but I slathered some more on and torqued it to spec. Should I be worried about the barrel nut coming lose with use since I didn’t season the threads? I do intend to run this rifle hard.
No. Re-torque if necessary after initial run.
