SCOTUS punts back to lower courts various 2A cases

I have not read the SCOTUS opinions, but seems a good summary. It seems SCOTUS punted dealing with a bunch of 2A related cases, but did put lower courts on notice to follow prior precedent and cases, so didn’t just leave the lower courts to ignore the 2A as they see fit:

So after McDonald, Heller, Bruin, Catano In hell, the second amendment itself, Scotus is finally putting them on notice that they’re not getting it right? How long has it been since Heller, how about Heller II?

These lower courts aren’t confused oozed or don’t understand this standard and then the new president. They are outright telling SCotus to go screw themselves. Let’s set aside the second amendment “shall not be infringed“ and say that Heller is the true breakpoint that delineated exactly our rights laid out in second amendment. How much of my life do I have to live being denied the rights inherently Given to me by God, acknowledge in the second amendment, and explained in Heller?

How long and how many cases did it take for gays to get the right to marry?

When are these people going to realize I don’t need their decision to have my rights. Their decision to not deny me my rights of self-defense protects them from making poor decisions and trying to deny my rights.

The gun rights debate is just a simple distillation of the issues facing our country. There is undeniably a right to functional and efficient arms for self-defense and to put tyranny on notice. These are simple concepts, backed up by simple language, that the left tries to ignore for some twisted and illogical version of what they deem to be appropriate. On guns, the big picture is that the hundred year failed path of trying to control behavior by controlling pieces of metal and plastic is coming to an end, And we are now going to focus on not the actors, not things.
