Mossie Tactics LLC presents the 2012 Law Enforcement Invitational.

Instructor: Scott Reitz
Location: LAPD Rifle Range, Los Angeles CA
Date: January 10-11 (Tuesday - Wednesday) 2012
Cost: $450

Scott is excited about teaching this class, and he will give a personally signed copy of his book, the Art of Modern Gunfighting, to everyone who attends.

This will be a Carbine / Pistol class that is open to Sworn Law Enforcement Only. Several members of the LE Firearms Industry are also planing on attending the class and showing off their stuff. For those flying in from out of town, plan on arriving on Monday afternoon / early evening at LAX and I will arrange for transportation and a block of rooms for us close to the range at a group rate once I have a head count.

For any who are wondering, there are NO issues for LE bringing AR carbines, handguns, or high capacity magazines into the State for this event.

I will update this post with the current roster of attendees and information. A $200 deposit is required to be placed on the roster. Be sure to post in this thread that you wish to attend and make all cheques payable to Mossie Tactics LLC. Mail the deposit to this address and be sure to include your Name, Department, and M4C name:

Date is not an issue, but location is. I think it would be pretty cool to train with some of you guys from nowhere around here. Who would you try to get?

I am thinking of hosting something out here in the Los Angeles area with Ken Hackathorn… We can use a LAPD range and round trip flights into LAX can be had very cheaply…

I would love to. Just not sure I can make it all the way out to Cali though. What kind of class are you looking at having? Standard rifle/pistol class or more LEO/Active Shooter class?

We need a min of 10 to make this work, but 15 would be better… We simply did not get enough 100%, I’ll be theres, to set it up…

I would still like to do it but, I am not sure the intrest is there…
