For sale is a Schmidt & Bender Short Dot LE w/ P3 (mil-dot) reticle. This is a very rare combination.
This is the NEWEST version of the Short Dot LE. It has a shorter overall tube length, similar to the first gen Short Dots. It also has the P3 mil-dot reticle, and is SECOND FOCAL PLANE. The Flash Dot is about 4 MOA on 1x, about 1 MOA on 4x. It also comes with the 75gr Hornady ballistic cam.
Included is a Larue SPR 1.5 Mount and a Drissel Cat Tail. Both are in like new condition
Price includes shipping via UPS ground insured to purchase price (which isn’t cheap).
I bought the scope in Novemeber, and in December sent it in to be serviced. There were some specs inside the tube, and the dot would sometimes dim. The S&B US Service Center fixed it, and the scope will include the service workorder they sent back to me. They cleaned out the tube and replaced the illumination circuit board.
It hasn’t been mounted or shot since it came back, the pics are ones I took before sending it in.
The scope is in LIKE-NEW condition. There are no ring marks or scratches of any kind. Extremely light wear on the slot of the battery cap. Nothing a sharpie couldn’t fix, very minimal. Lenses are perfect and scratch free.

The pictures make the reticle out to be more fine than it actually is. Its similar to the FD7, but with mil-dots and a thick bar at the top as well. I’ve been trying to get a good pic of it, but an iPhone 4 won’t do it.
I have a few more items I will be listing in the next week or so. Changing things around to be inline with policy about duty weapons.
