I’m just curious if anyone has any experience SBRing a lower in Armstrong county. My area seems to be very ‘firearms friendly’ but I don’t know anyone that owns an SBR or has had any experiences obtaining a CLEO signature.
I’m am about to purchase a stripped Noveske lower, send it away for engraving, and try to get the form 1 in the mail before I leave for BCT. I just hope I don’t hit any snags with the CLEO signature…
