Well, I have had a great AR year - had my Aimpoint topped LMT out today (Christmas Eve) to run through some ammo and got a call from the wife. Your “other Package” is here…Now I have another 16" flatop LMT to turn into a longer range type set up. PLan on looking for a 4x optic for this one next year. Not in any rush at all and will enjoy her with the simple Larue BUIS I have.What the wife dont know is that I plan on changing up a color scheme on my 14.5" LMT to a FDE motif and change over the LMT SOPMOD stock for the 16" version. I think that stock will do better for the iron sighted check to stock needs I’ll get pictures of the happy pair once I get the color scheme changed over.I just had to get my complete happiness out for having a backup to my go to AR
Here the 16" LMT upper is on my Bushy Lower. THis lower will have my black Magpul grip and LMT SOPMOD stock on it once the MIL Spec Tube comes in. The gun has an FN Bolt carrier group that I made sure was staked good so I will be ready next time out to the range
