Sanchez mag question

I have some Sanchez 30 rounders (w/ DSL floorplate) sealed in the packaging with green followers. The date on the plastic wrapper says 11/88. Can anyone comment on if this is an older variant even before black followers and before the better green followers? Thanks.

Those are post-black follower and are some of the first mags to use the current green followers.

The original green followers were very early 70’s.

Thanks. The follower seems to allow for some nose tilt when empty. Are these green followers considered to be the good ones?

Yep the good ones. The old green followers were very dark green. I think I have some around here. If I find them I’ll post a pic.

Thanks, Robb. These are the light green followers. I got confused by some info re: a change-over from the black to the “improved” green follower but the date stamp on the packaging is 11/88.
