I’ve decided the Saker will be my fist suppressor. I am trying to determine if this suppressor will mount using their mounting platform on to a standard A2 Flash Hider (like the one with my DDM4V7). Can I get a confirmation and perhaps a picture?

According to the press release, there will be multiple mounting options. I believe including their prorietary mount, AAC 51T and A2 birdcage/KAC mounting options. I believe that the suppressor will need a different endcap adapter thing that SilencerCo will be selling. Anyway, yes, SilencerCo has stated that it will be A2 compatible.

I just got an email today from a dealer saying they have indeed gotten Sakers in. But that the SiCo RS mount and their 51T compatible mounts are MONTHS behind.
Considering they have not shown any pictures of an A2 mount, I would say expect longer than that.
I couldn’t wait any longer and went with the surefire socoms instead, after having messed around with mine I’m glad I did. The saker will probably be fine, but it’s been tested only at SiCo and there are zero first hand reports, they have a good line of products but I’m not willing to jump in sight unseen. At least the surefire socom was just improvements on a good existing design, proven, tested by and selected for military use.
If you need an A2 you could roll the dice and wait, or look elsewhere there are a couple options.
