Are most of you who have Sabre’s selling them since they are out of business or are you keeping them. I have a chance to buy 2 of them reasonable NIB. Does the fact that they are no longer being made become an issue with you smaeter than me guys? Thanks for your answers.
I’m not sure what sense selling a Sabre due to their issues would be. ![]()
I’d buy a sabre barrel without hesitation. Their complete guns came with a few odd features that I’d change… like the commercial receiver extensions.
They were sold and are back in business, just to gvt. for now i believe.Even if an AR co. was gone, selling the gun over that makes no sense.
If the weapon works, why get rid of it?
Sabre had a good rep, no?
Might become collectors items?
I think this question for an AR is not just a “no” but “hell no”.
There’s so much aftermarket support and other OEMs sitll making parts that are interchangeable, there’s no reason to sell a functional AR.
Now if a small company that was the only supplier of spare parts and new rifles went out of business, I’d have to consider selling one I had or whether or not it was worth stocking up on spare parts.
That’s one of the main reasons i haven’t bought a piston upper,or conversion kit.
