This is what you folks have been asking for. It took some time, Tim is a very busy man! Enjoy…
I’ve never even heard of this system before now.
I like it. Interesting approach.
Interest peaked.
I really like the concept. It does remind me of the interface between the Steyr AUG A2 receiver and optic/optic rail. Those are prone to wear and subsequent loose fit with repeated removal and installation. Have you encountered any such issues in your product testing?
I think my AKM will end up wearing one of your systems with a T1.
I do believe the AUG would be an Aluminum/aluminum interface would it not? Our platforms are steel and the mounts Aircraft Al. No we haven’t experienced any such wear, and I tell you all of our development mules have had countless mounts on/off, swapped back and forth etc. We developed our system over three yrs. before we went into full production. Tim has had our system for over 5 months now w/out and issues. You can ask him. He had never heard of us before I contacted him to see if he was interested in doing a review. If there is any way I can be of further service to you all, please don’t hesitate to ask.
Cool. Thanks for your reply. Yes, the AUG A2 is aluminum on aluminum. Good to hear this is not an issue with your system. I look forward to adding one to my rifle.
My pleasure Josh. I always like to make sure my customers are as informed as possible.
Cheers,
Fred
Just curious, who is your target market, direct to consumers, manufacturers… I like the idea, but the installation seems like it would be a barrier to some people.
Our big picture is to be an OEM supplier, but we will always be there for the little guy. One cannot forget where they came from. I’m a shooter, and always will be. That’s who we make this system for, not our own gratification… There’s a need, and we seek to fill it.
