I have a Springfield Armory Scope mount. I recently picked this up as part of a trade, but I am going to keep the rifle iron sighted.
I was told that this is a Gen. 3 mount, although I don’t really know the difference and I don’t see any generation marking on it.
There is a “Swift” 4-12 power scope mounted to it in Weaver rings. I was told that this was successfully used on a M1A, but I am sad to admit that I am a bit of an optics snob. The Scope appears clear enough, although you will not confuse it with a Schmidt and Bender.
I place more value in the scope mount than I do the scope. I am asking $150 firm for the package. (Thats $100 for the mount and $50 for the scope, although I won’t split them up.) If this item is shipped, I will pay shipping.
I will trade for AR magazines, ammo (in 9,40,45,5.56,& .308), or other items that I may not have thought of. In light of the current political situation I will give a premium dollar value on some trade items, but I will not trade for a “hand me the vasoline” price. For example… a niw pmag is worth $25 to me.
