yup. that’s them (on the bottom). I really like this holster with the overhooks and mag carrier - I’m wearing it now…
it is slightly less canted than my previous holster and allows it to be worn at 2:30 - 3 o’clock. it disappears when worn in a sitting position. leaning forward with a holster in a traditional 3:30 - 4 o’clock position prints badly and that was a big concern as I sit at a desk with my back to the door.
and your photo on the top is beautiful work. is that brown kydex? looks nice, very classy…
I like that IWB mag holder and will probably order one soon. I really like the one I have now but I wear it OWB. I’d like one that I can just slip into my waistband with overhooks or whatever clip you have on there.

) I’m thinking about a two-mag carrier. with the reduced capacity of the Shield, a double mag carrier would make sense. something along the lines of the one I have now with the tensioning screw but double…
Thank you, sir. Glad you like you’re gear, and notice that there is a difference in makers. It’s a fallacy to think “it’s just Kydex wrapped around a pistol - they’re all the same” IMO. Styles and workmanship vary between makers. Same as leather.

The IWB mag carriers are great. I’m biased obviously, but they work great for their intended role. Use one with single stack pistols, and they are extremely comfortable. Not something to use when timing reloads - but great for deep deep concealment - particularly in non-permissive environments. Also convenient to throw one on real quick compared to other styles.
Doubles are easy. Just shoot me an email and we can set that up.
Wish S&W would make a bigger extended mag. Something like the Surefire 60s / 100s that open up wider past the magwell would be awesome - but I’d imagine reliability in a single stack that opens to double stack pistol magazine would be tricky.
sheesh, never mind a bigger mag, I’d just like S&W to make enough 8 rd mags that I can find one. I’ve got several 7 rounders but nada on the 8… 
I have NO objections to the mag carrier I already have - OWB it is as unobtrusive as can be with these single stack mags. but I’d still like to try one of those IWB carriers - they look so slick…
I really think this single stack pistol could use a double mag carrier. obviously it would have to be as wide or wider than a holster but if the curve is right for 9 o’clock carry, it would be a winner.
Steve, I’m eagerly waiting on your AIWB. if it is a concept I can live with (AIWB specifically, not necessarily your version), the EE will soon have a bunch of LH holsters for SIG 228/229 listed for sale…
I’m using a Blade-Tech Nano IWB for my Shield and I love it. It’s comfortable enough that I almost forget it’s there. Great IWB holster.
