Can I use a NON thumb safety frame on a thumb safety frame?

Gun is a MP9 full size

Don’t see why not since your gun isn’t set up for a thumb safety the levers have nothing to catch on and shouldn’t create any issues.

There is no difference in slides between non thumb safety and thumb safety models. Only difference is in the frame.
