S&W 3913 Serial Number date

I was wondering if anybody could help me find the manufacture date for a S&W 3913 with the Serial number TFN72xx?

I used to have a copy of the S&W catalog book but have never been able to find it after the move. Any help would be appreciated.

Call S&W, I’m sure they will help you.

The only thing I am finding on their website as far as who to call/email is to request a “history” from them which looks like it cost $50. I don’t want a history, just what year the serial number shows.

Just in case anybody was interested, I finally figured out who to send my question to and they responded today.

Looks like it was manufactured in 1991.
