Don’t know if any ‘higher ups’ are interested but another forum I’m on ,that runs the same layout, had similar issues awhile back. Don’t know of what the actual fix was but a couple folks thought a Trojan was hiding in a new ad banner.

I have and android phone. This is not just an Apple issue. It doesn’t happen with any other site–just M4C

This is happening to me using Safari on my IPhone as well. It goes to the App Store as I scroll with my finger. This used to happen to me when using TOS on occasion but it hasn’t in a long time.

I opened a trouble ticket with the IT department. I’ll let you folks know what I find out.

Happened to me as I was reading this thread. Redirects to AppStore (ios) never happened until this week…

Can you do me a large favor? Please post what operating system, browser and any browser add-on’s you might be using? It could be useful to folks troubleshooting this.

I’m getting redirected as well, just started happening. iPhone 5s 8.4.1 running Safari. It’s only ever happened on Armlist before.

OSX, and Firefox, ABP, and I barely even see the ads that SHOULD show on this site, let alone anything I’m not supposed to see – nor ever getting re-directed.

I am curious if the cross-site scripting protection from Ad Blocker Plus prevents the behavior. I’m using Windows 7 with Firefox 44 and ABP as I type this, and I’ve never seen this issue either.

Been happening to me as well for the last several days. Weird part is my finger is not anywhere near an ad - it’s in the thread area and it usually occurs when scrolling. Only M4C for me too.

Iphone 5s using Google as my default browser, same redirects as everybody else is experiencing. No other forums affected.

Agree that it seemed to start shortly after recent site maintenance.

Mine started happening recently too. It sucks too but since the owner of the forum decided to spam the pages with ads and basically sell out, I have been coming in less often. Redirects just push me towards doing other stuff with my forum going time.

I haven’t had any issues on an iPhone 4s (ATT) or Galaxy S4 (Verizon). I don’t use Tapatalk. No issues on a PC, either.

I’m doing just fine on multiple Apple devices. Perhaps I’ve built up their digital immune system with all the random porn sites over the years?

Question, since I don’t recall reading anything on this.
Those who are having issues. Are you only running M4C or do you have other pages opened? Have found one gun site as of late will force redirect to outside sites and ads even if I have them opened on a random page while looking through M4C.

If you only have one page open and it M4C I got nothing.
