What a fun package! Haven’t put more that a few mags through it - damned back surgery - but it sure is fun to shoot!

Seems to handle nicely with a single point sling - I’ve experimented with a red dot - verdict is still out on that…
I’m wondering if it needs a can??? - Probably not…
Nice piece. looks like fun but…Lar-pds + can = damage/explosion/end of world/zombies, etc.
They have been “working” on a suppressor capable gas regulator ever since the pds was released. Don’t hold your breath waiting for it…
Do you feel that a pistol at is easier to shoot with a back injury? Thinking of getting something similar for my father, who’s a bit older and not in the best of shape and have been debating rifle vs pistol.
Yeah, the 'can idea" is still just an idea right now… I’ve kicked it around with a good friend - it was his original suggestion.
I’m leaning against it for several reasons, but basically I feel it defeats the purpose of the weapon. Stealth, small profile, carry under a winter coat, etc…
I do enjoy the way it shoots, (and it is easy on the back…) but it will take some folks a bit of getting used to.
It takes more of an ‘off-hand’ approach to aim and fire. I used to shoot western quick draw exibitions years ago, so it feels very comfortable to me… Others? I dunno… If you’re used to looking through cross hairs, the PDS, or any other AR style pistol is likely not for you.
With the single point sling for support and raising the weapon to chest height, and the laser… It’s a pretty devastating close support weapon. I like it.
Heck, if I need to reach out past 150 yds I’m using the .308 anyway…
I put something like this together with my 715t. Its fun as hell, and no recoil.
I use the single point sling as sort of a reverse stock to stabilize during shooting. The scope is only functional, an RDS would be better, but inside 30 yards this works pretty good.
