Has anyone dealt with Roggio’s Arsenal? I bought a lower from them and it was out of spec. I was told to send it back and they would take care of the issue for me. Well it has been nearly two months and no remedy. They aren’t answering email or phones. Their messenger service is full so I have no way of contacting them short of booking a flight to Fayettenam. Are they still in business? What can I do about my situation or am I just hosed? I am disappointed with Roggio’s. Their customer service started out very responsive and now I get nothing from them.
