Do you schedule your PT to specific daily tasks or go by a mix of how you are feeling that day / time available? For example, do you have run-only days, run / body weight pt days, lifting weights only? How do you schedule running and leg strength training days to maximize recovery for both? My goals are to have sprint speed 10 to 400 yds, 3 mile run endurance, core and muscular strength / endurance. No football-style weightlifting at this point. Thanks.
