Like the title says, I have for sale a mid length Rock River operator upper receiver. 16" with mid length gas system. Not sure of round count because I bought it used. The upper was on my partner’s duty rifle, which I purchased. We are both in our Police Department’s Rifle Program. As you can expect from a work gun, the finish is less than perfect but it is 100% functional. No BCG or charging handle, but rear sight is included.
