They let this woman that shot a guy in the head early Easter morning out on $2500 bond. I can’t wrap my head around why she was only charged with tampering with evidence and not at the very least agg. assault when everything is right there on video.
About the only thing that didn’t go wrong for him was catching a ricochet from shooting the lock.

Pretty hilarious how fast he goes from gangsta “open it” to shoot your shit / break your shit and then literally on his knees pleading and apologizing and in his mind, just because he is no longer stealing “I got nothing” he really believes he should be let go.
And it happens just as quick in the other direction, he will go from “I’m sorry” and “please” to “shoot your shit / break your shit” or even kill you without a second thought. He walked in, saw a woman with a baby and thought NOTHING of continuing with his planns of armed robbery even though an infant was directly at risk from his actions.
In his mind he was probably glad to see the baby thinking it would make his victims more compliant. I hope that video FINALLY gets him the kind of sentence he deserves. Sadly it seems to take that kind of blatant video evidence to put “really, really bad, dangerous and violent people” where they belong.
