I was re-watching some Magpul DVD’s and noticed that Costa when he comes off the gun, engages the safety with pulling his trigger finger back. I have no problem doing that with my thumb, but it would intrigue me to see how well it works. Any of you right hand guys use an ambi selector in that manner?
I do. Safety Off with Thumb, Safety ON with upper edge of trigger finger ( between the two nuckles from the palm out ), works great.
Even if you are changing your grip.

That’s the method I use too and it works great for me. I tried a regular ambi ss, but it was too big, therefore too uncomfortable. So I got a BADASS - much better. Haven’t decided which of the 5 right-side levers to use - I have the long-thin on one rifle and the big-short on another. So far I’m thinking the big-short, but I have yet another set coming for another rifle and I’ll get a chance to try the thin-short and the hybrid.
This. I use the ones with the right side scalloped(KAC or other modified).
I maybe took 500 pics of these amazing units yet I never got one in the realm of the one above…I just cannot understand it, is talent and equipment really that important:D
You left out the alcohol and harsh language, I’m pretty sure that talent has nothing to do with it. ![]()
