Ah yes, remember your offset!
I wonder if some 12 ga 00 flight control would make short work of this torture! ![]()
Wow, I got tired just watching that video!
That Pincus guy is familiar. The name rang a bell when Stickman posted it earlier.
My back wouldnāt tolerate the power lifting segment. Ouch!
I do this horrible jog out (painting all of our targets to 550 yards with a carbine). Then jog in the wash sand all the way back. I call it the Mogadishu mile because that soft sand is a dry soft energy suck and Iām doubled over by the time Iām backā¦. but itās easy on my back due to no bouncing.
Weāve got one more day to shoot this one! Whoās in? GET SOME!
Well, I did the drill but didnāt post it since I need a new timer. I just ran it as fast as I could. Same with the pistol 5x5. This one is a ball buster with the running thrown in. The best and fastest was 12/15 with a 10.5 gun with an old Trijicon RX06. I also ran it with a 16 inch gun with an LPVO but was considerably slower.
27.37s Down two i pulled at 25 yds.
Only did the drill once with a walk-through.
This was with a Vz61 with brace & RDS.
With an AP5-P first two runs had 4 low misses each. 3rd run 23.74s no misses. I aimed at the top edge.
Oh, first, unrecorded run had a failure to feed. 124 gr fmj pretty sure. Magtech. I was using no can, 80-deg locking piece, HK mag, brace.
Combination of dirty, low lube, and no can. I know the gun is reliable. But itās time to clean it.
Hot damn dude thatās badass that you cleaned it with the AP-5.
Yeah, same here, I aim at the top of the card, to account for offset, as my non-LPVO rifles are zeroed at 50 yards.
Close-in, head shot is aim at top of head, COM is aim at base of neck.
Thanks!
Itās an AP5-P with a RDS.
I was running at about 80% speed. It was very hot, the ground gravel & cases, and the range RO was watching me.
Have to keep the gun pointed mostly down range the whole time, use the safety, and keep my finger out of the guard. And not slip & fall!
At least i assume he was watching all of that. Iām just glad he let me do my thing.
