Is the restocking fee a hard-and-fast rule? I screwed up on my last order and need a different item. :frowning:

If it’s official policy it won’t be the end of the world. Just expect to see a “WTT” thread elsewhere on the site. :wink:

Jim, generally not a hard and fast rule if the item is unopened and you want to get something else of equal or greater value.

(I ordered an ARMS #40 BUIS from you when I needed the ARMS #40 low profile… I never opened the package with the #40 in it because the second I saw it was the second I realized I screwed up…)
