Fox news is saying the gunman has been identified as a former employee of the news channel and the police are in pursuit on I64.

Gunman, Vester Lee Flanagan recorded the shooting himself and uploaded it to his Facebook Page. Looks like he was using a Glock and shot the reporter first with several rounds before she ran away.
